Orders and Pricing
An order becomes binding only when Kwok Limited issues an order confirmation. Payment

14-Day No-Reason Refund Policy
You may request a refund for any reason, or for no reason at all, within 14 days of receiving your order. The 14 days begin on the date the shipment is recorded as delivered. The shoes must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all attached tags intact. Shoes showing signs of wear, odour, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted, and Kwok Limited may decline the refund in that situation. You are responsible for return shipping costs and for ensuring the return is traceable.
Refund Processing Timeline
After Kwok Limited receives and inspects the returned shoes, the refund is approved. The refund amount must then pass through the payment provider and your bank or card issuer before it appears in your account. Refund processing and arrival of the funds in your account takes at least 14 days from the date of approval. This timeline applies to every refund issued by Kwok Limited.
PayPal Refunds
Where the original payment was made through PayPal, the refund is submitted to PayPal and completes only after PayPal and your funding source release the amount. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. Kwok Limited cannot shorten a timeline imposed by PayPal or by the law of your region.
Damaged or Defective Goods
You must inspect your shoes immediately on delivery. Any claim for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. Submit the claim to [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs showing the damage or defect. Claims submitted after 7 days from receipt cannot be accepted. Verified claims are resolved by replacement, repair, or refund at the discretion of Kwok Limited.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and every dispute arising from them are governed by Hong Kong law. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or proceeding connected with ywrunningshoes.com or with any purchase made through it.
